One-Steps Movements

Here are the list of moves to perform the yellow belt one-steps.

REMINDER: #1 means lead leg, #2 means back leg.

Yellow Belt One-Step #1

1. Left Front Kick

2. Left Outer Forearm Block

3. Right Reverse Punch

4. Right Round Kick (yell 기합)

 

Yellow Belt One-Step #2

1. Left Crescent Kick

2. Right Front Kick / Round Kick Combination

3. Left Spin Side Kick (yell 기합)

 

Yellow Belt One-Step #3

1. Right Outside Block

2. Right Backfist

3. Right #1 Side Kick

4. Left Spin Crescent Kick (yell 기합)

1. Left Reverse Outer Forearm Block

2. Left #2 Side Kick
