“I thought I was too old at the age of 50, but since I’ve made taekwondo a part of my life, my blood pressure is at an all time low, I’ve lost weight, and I have much more confidence in myself.”
What is Taekwondo?
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, similar to Karate. The word taekwondo translates to “the way of the foot and fist.”
It’s one of the world’s most popular martial arts, and has even become an official Olympic sport. While it’s most famous for fast and powerful kicks, taekwondo training is well-rounded. Featuring a variety of blocks, kicks, punches, and striking techniques.

Finally, an activity for the whole family
We have an entire program just for the kids. With our separate kids and adults classes, the whole family can enjoy and practice taekwondo.
The parents get the benefits of working toward a shared goal, building that bond and growing closer together as a family.
The kids get to feel support and inspiration from watching mom and dad overcome the same obstacles that they’re facing too.
